Visitors at COPETRI Convention had the chance to experience the Big Picture development process
In preparation for our visit to COCON23, we thought about how we could inspire visitors to the fair with the topic of “visualisation” and explain the development process of a Big Picture, while at the same time creating real added value with our activity. The result: a summary of all the topics that the visitors are currently working on.
Our action at COCON23
The COPETRI CONVENTION is the first and only event in Germany that combines the topics of people, transformation and innovation in a unique location. That’s why we decided to bring a draft Big Picture illustrating the COPETRI motto “Bridging Perspectives” to the convention to further develop the image together with visitors at our stand. The participation of the many creative minds was our absolute highlight of the convention and we were able to collect many exciting topics that are currently occupying the companies and need to be considered on the way towards the future. For example, one visitor mentioned that the bridge to the future should not be too straight and instead a dead end or a trap door could symbolise dangers that lurk in the transformation, such as misused AI.
The Bridging Perspectives Big Picture
After the convention, we used Miro AI to digitalise and sort all the Post-Its. The picture was reorganised because too much content would reduce the effect of a Big Picture. The finished Big Picture shows the path of a company in transition, which is developing into a resilient, future-proof company by establishing various tools and methods.
We are pleased to be able to provide you with this image: You can use it in your company as a basis for discussion and work on the COCON topics, but also generally for your transformation and vision work. Besides, you have the possibility to test how a Big Picture visualisation can support you in your topics.
The Bridging Perspectives Big Pictury Miro Board
Together with AMX, we developed a Miro Board to match the Big Picture, which can be used even more interactively. In addition to the Big Picture, there are several stations with exercise and workshop areas where content can be collected and worked on with Post-its. You can also view the Miro Board without a Miro account here.
The Miro board is also a nice way to test how visualisations can support your collaboration. We provide you with your own version for editing. Just send us the link to an empty Miro board to contact@big-picture.com and we will add all the content. If you don’t have a Miro account yet, you can register for free here.
Our support for transformation, people and innovation
You got a taste for a Big Picture and want to work on and communicate your topics creatively? We would be happy to advise you and help you make your content visible and tangible throughout your company! The COPETRI Big Picture and Miro Board can be adapted to your company or something completely new can be created.
