After Big Pictury presented the KRONE Group’s Strategy 2030, individual areas of the company are now also highlighted with a Big Picture. The presentation of the seamlessly integrated trailer is the first step.
The Client: KRONE Group
The KRONE Group is an Emsland-based family business and one of the leading manufacturers of harvesting technology products and commercial vehicles. With almost 8,000 employees worldwide, the KRONE Group focuses on combining traditional corporate values and future innovative technologies with the aim of proactively shaping change in the agricultural industry as well as transportation and logistics. Another member of the KRONE Group is Fahrzeugwerk Bernard KRONE GmbH & Co. KG, which focuses on vehicles for logistics. Telematics and Digital Services is a department within the Krone Commercial control group that takes care of digital matters for customers. As a whole, it delivers the seamlessly integrated trailer through a wide range of services.
The Task: Making a Oroduct Understandable for many Stakeholders
To stand out from classic PowerPoint presentations and achieve a certain altitude, the client opted for a big picture. This was to make it clear at a glance to many different stakeholders what the advantages of the individual solutions of the seamlessly integrated trailer are and to formulate these into a vision or mission. Accordingly, the briefing was prepared very intensively by the customer, went through several internal rounds at Krone and was then shared in writing with the Big Pictury team.
The Implementation: Lean Processing with a Big Impact
Together, we succeeded in visually presenting the overarching overall classification of the various solutions. In doing so, we used the visual world of the strategy big picture for the KRONE Group and adapted it even further to the needs of the vehicle plant. We were able to draw on some existing illustrations created for the customer. The finished Big Picture is used in every customer presentation and is distributed and discussed at employee events. It is also used with suppliers and partners to support the overarching definition, alignment and optimization of individual tools.
“Our approach of preparing everything well thought out and clearly has paid off in full. The result: an image, a trailer and clear, comprehensible statements create real added value for the target group – without any unnecessary complexity.”
Maximilian Birle, Head of Telematics & Digital Services, Fahrzeugwerk Bernard KRONE GmbH & Co. KG
