The task
GRAEF wanted to communicate its corporate values clearly and tangibly so that they could be understood and experienced by all employees. The aim was to create a common understanding of values and to present the cultural core of the company in a vivid form. The central principles of enthusiasm, sustainability, dialog, trust and further development were not only to be described in abstract terms, but also made visible through concrete scenes in everyday working life. The Big Picture should serve as a long-term communication tool and inspire both new and long-standing employees to actively live the values.

The implementation
Together with GRAEF, we developed a customized big picture that makes the corporate values visually tangible and promotes sustainable identification with the corporate culture.
Anchoring in the real working environment – The situations depicted take place in actual GRAEF offices. Photos of the offices were used as inspiration so that employees can better identify with the image.
Structure according to the corporate principle – The individual areas of the Big Picture are arranged in a hexagon structure. This structure reflects the cellular organization of the company and illustrates the close networking of the various value areas.
Lively communication of values – The Big Picture shows concrete everyday situations and behaviors that reflect the values we live by. This makes it clear at a glance how enthusiasm, sustainability, dialog, trust and further development manifest themselves in everyday working life.
Sustainable anchoring of the corporate culture – The image serves as a continuous reminder and basis for discussion for managers and teams. It helps to promote a shared understanding of values and actively anchor the principles in everyday working life.
Versatile applications – The Big Picture can be used in onboarding processes, training courses and workshops and thus promotes long-term identification with the corporate culture.
With this Big Picture, GRAEF has received an inspiring tool to communicate its corporate values in a lively and effective way – for successful and value-oriented cooperation.
