About FASTPLANET – Digital point of truth for efficient fiber optic expansion
FASTPLANET (from Consberry GmbH) is an innovative software solution for the telecommunications industry that manages the entire network expansion process efficiently and digitally. From planning and sales to expansion and customer service – FASTPLANET connects all relevant players and provides a central platform for data management. This enables the company to implement fiber optic connections transparently, quickly and cost-effectively.
The task – explaining complex processes simply
FASTPLANET faced the challenge of explaining its comprehensive business model and the benefits of its software solution to various stakeholders. It was particularly important for customers from different specialist areas to grasp the complex interrelationships between network expansion, planning, control and service at a glance. To achieve this, FASTPLANET needed a visual representation that could flexibly convey both the big picture and specific details.
The implementation – a big picture with maximum flexibility
Together with FASTPLANET, we have developed a detailed big picture that depicts the company’s entire value chain in a clearly structured and easy-to-understand graphic. The picture shows the central processes of network expansion – from management and project planning to expansion and customer service – and illustrates how Fastplanet connects all the players as a “point of truth”.
In addition to the big picture, we supplied a clipping package that provides the individual scenes as separate elements. This allows FASTPLANET to use the visuals flexibly for various sales channels, be it in presentations, on the website or in marketing materials.
