Energy2Market GmbH (e2m) is a leading player in the field of energy trading and flexibility management. The company connects decentralized producers of renewable energies with the energy markets and optimizes their economic potential. E2m offers innovative solutions for direct marketing, flexibility management and trading of electricity from renewable sources.
The task – visualizing complex processes in an understandable way
E2m was looking for a way to present its value chain clearly and vividly. The challenge was to present the multitude of processes – from customer connection to trading and optimization – in an easily understandable, visually appealing form. The aim was to provide employees, customers and partners with a clear overview of the processes and interfaces within the company.
The implementation – a detailed big picture for maximum transparency
In close cooperation with e2m, we developed a customized big picture that shows the company’s entire value chain. From energy generation through wind power, solar energy and biogas to the various internal departments such as sales, IT, portfolio management and finance through to trading on the energy market – all relevant aspects were combined in a dynamic, easy-to-understand graphic. A clear structure and intuitive visualizations make the complex subject matter tangible and comprehensible.
