Summarising results of larger and complex projects so that they can be communicated in an understandable way is a challenge where images can make a valuable contribution. As a visual guide and striking overview, they create transparency for new processes and principles. This is also the case here: In various working groups of the COPETRI Circles, profound questions of corporate transformation were dealt with and Big Pictury visualised the results.
Client
The COPETRI Circles see themselves as an agile think & do tank. Here, leaders, pioneers and experts come together to discuss pressing questions about the sustainable competitiveness and future viability of companies and to identify practical approaches to solutions. The aim of the Circles is to develop concrete recommendations for action and implementable solutions, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises in German-speaking countries.
Task
To present the results of the second cycle at the COPETRI CONVENTION, the organisers wanted a set of visualisations. These were to summarise the results of each individual Circle in a clear and concise way. The aim was to maintain a uniform look. The challenge of this project lay on the one hand in the short project period, but also in the joint development. Within a few weeks, five visualisations were created and coordinated with various contact persons.
QUICK FACTS
CLIENT: COPETRI Circles
SCOPE OF SERVICES: Creation of four result-summarising visualisations and one general visualisation for the overview of all projects
PROJECT DURATION: 3 weeks
Implementation
Ambidextry
The Ambidextry Circle is concerned with the ability of companies to optimise what they already have and to develop something new. Together, the group has defined 15 success factors for this ability, which are also reflected in the visualisation.
New Work/Error Culture
The COPETRI Circle New Work/Error Culture focuses on promoting a new positive perspective on mistakes and developing recommendations for action for companies to enable rapid learning and further development. We have developed an overview path for the Train the Trainer programme created in this context.
Sustainability
Companies today are not only socially and globally responsible for sustainable progress. They are also dependent on sustainable offers and processes for their own success. To achieve this, they must develop the topic strategically and anchor it throughout the organisation. This COPETRI CIRCLE designs ideas and practical solutions for this. Our visualisation shows this sustainability journey and tries to remove possible inhibitions through a simple representation of the process.
Future Proven
This Circle is about how companies need to be positioned to successfully realise change – to be Future Proven. The key is a holistic company check that looks at the areas of people, transformation and innovation in a common context. In the first cycle, the current state analysis was developed and tested. The second cycle focuses on shaping the future state, including the derivation of concrete recommendations for action. These results are now illustrated in a picture.
